Frauded by prime health care for lasik eye surgery

Prime health care runs a marketing team online through Facebook advertisement for various hospital. They contacted me on watsapp and call through Ms Prinki Yadav ( 88,, 00,, 175,, 028) and they booked for me a blade free customised lasek surgery within a Mumbai eye hospital at 40000 rs. Also payment proof attached But during surgery day at eye hospital we recorded video of surgery that it was standard lasik by use of blade which costed only for 25000 rs but they took 40000 rs from to book a blade free surgery. After a while they agreed to this scam, and started blaming the eyevision hospital. Only since I had a video proof of my surgery showing use of a blade called micrpkeratome on my eye they agreed that my surgery was done with a blade , Instead of refunding me the money I paid for blade free surgery they later blocked me from Contacting them. I will report this to cyber crime for fooling people as my next step.
