  Please verify the source you made payment to, not Jumia. On the Jumia App all payments are made to Jumia and the organisations involved are paid only after two weeks of delivery. On the app you don't pay anything to any individual or stores. All payments go to Jumia. Jumia then pays the organisation involved when you have collected the item and do not return it within two weeks

  so you made payment before delivery when you don't know the physical location of whoever you're dealing with.
