Gmail Session Hijacked by same guy 3rd time.

the scam started last year, he used to call my actual number every single day almost pleading for me to sign up for fake insurance (later on found out that keeping you in a call connects your phone to their computer screen) so I stopped entertaining fake companies and stuff. I never gave this guy a penny and nxt thing you he's turning my data connection off through my Gmail. that further led to him committing Identity Theft and stealing my active login sessions to Gmail and to any other social media site I had used at the time. He just kept doubling the sessions. I've reported this to IC3 twice FTC maybe about 3 times and the Houston Police I called numerous and multiple days I get no response.
