Gooezy Scam

I booked an AC reinstallation service through the Goeezy app. The app displayed the service charge as ₹1,500, and I agreed to proceed based on that amount. However, after visiting my location, the technician charged ₹2,000 for installation, ₹6,000 for a copper pipe/cable, and ₹2,000 for gas refilling, totaling ₹10,000. No bill or invoice has been provided for any of these charges despite repeated requests. I contacted Goeezy regarding this issue, but they informed me that they were unable to reach the technician as he was not answering their calls. I strongly believe that no new copper pipe worth ₹6,000 was purchased and that no gas refilling was carried out. In addition, the technician charged ₹1,500 for [TXN_ID] service. When the issue escalated and I raised complaints, the technician refunded only ₹1,500. Since then, he has not answered any of our calls and has blocked our phone numbers. Despite multiple complaints, no proper action has been taken so far. I request that this matter be investigated thoroughly and that appropriate action be taken against the technician for overcharging, failure to provide bills, and poor service practices.
