sometimes we people fall prey to online loans for our situation but many loan companies charge deadly interest and kills the happiness of people. I got many online loans due to my situation last one year till previous month I paid v correctly and my credit score was 800 above due to sudden financial crisis I stopped paying few online loans this month im getting lots of call mails threats I replied them saying I'm going to file a complaint on rbi ombudsman and cyber crime portal for example if I got rs 24000 loan they send me only 16 k and I have to return 31 k for 30 days.. like this 3 to 4 companies I didnt pay I'm going to face the consequences and from my side also I'm going to file a complaint pls reply if anyone of u affected by online loans even they come my home I'm not scared I directly call police and my neighbors for rescue ramfincrop rupee 112 loan112 bright loans digicredit fatakpay

Yes i am facing similar issues. Firstly, it is unbelievable that RBI has not cancelled licenses of this nbfcs as they are charging 1% interest daily and 20 to 30% of loan amount as processing fees. please record all the calls and messages and also do video recording if any person comes to visit for recovery. Rupee112, loan112 and brighloans I believe are one and the same team as these apps are all registered under DACPL

Dont pay 1 single penny..report to CYBERCRIME immediately..and just keeping all the numbers from they call..Remember 1 thing very clearly..THEY CANT GO LEGAL OR DO ANYTHING as govt has told very clearly that loan companies are self responsible for the loss incurred as the verification was not done while issuing the loan.
