a person asked her for money claiming to be a good doctor near by .. but when she tried calling him.. he didn't pick up.. when she gave him money .. the phone was hacked..

this number raining a lot of times , when I'm asked there's no one answered then a permission access message to my phone is sent Is he a hacker?

my call is being forwarded when unreachable, which was not set by me.i have tried dialing all the codes , which didn't work.anybody help me to remove it permanently from my settings
