Guys is this a scam?

I dont remember going to this hospital once.. And maybe if i did why would it credit me 10 k? How yall find out if a msg is a scam? Can yall tell me some signs?

It's a scam report the *** dont click on the link and dont check ur bank account for like a week or more

this number was given for Tecpods for redeeming the voucher for Tecpods an earpod company on gpay. I payed twice but never got the products. on the product details this was the number given which does not exist.
