  Proton are good, had a proton mail account. he got it eventually. but my passwords are only used once, are 25 - 28 letters, numbers and symbols, and I don't store them online. Hacker is an app developer, I found his google takeout when he hacked & joined his FB account to mine. I'm an old, illiterate computer user. What chance do I have ??? 🤯🤯😔

  Use a password manager, like proton pass (works across devices) and use a HARD PASSWORD that you can remember for proton password manager. Use proton password to create RANDOM 32 CHARACTER passwords for everything else, 1 for each account. My proton (4 years old) has about 3000 passwords in it. I have NEVER and CAN NEVER be hacked via a password.

  all the time need to verify myself with Facebook a lot... it's weird hackers get my Account without being verified and I'm the one who has to verify myself with Facebook all the time. 😅😂🤣
