There are these 3 guys namely shahid Zahid , and hilal , the later two are from tral and Pulwama. They claim to provide maid for household chores on a contract period of 1 year with their charges. But after a few months the maids leave making excuses, in my case the maid simply left without telling anyone. Thereafter these guys don't respond to calls and simply make excuses. The same issue is being faced by my sister in law.
