hotel booking scam

I got the number from the official website.and booked two hotel rooms for 12000. but after the payment they generated a fake receipt and said they didn't receive the payment even though money had been deducted from my account and were forcing me to screen record a video of my transaction history and send them. when I didn't oblige they started being very rude and they will cancel the booking as they did not receive the amount.
