Hotmart is a dangerous application. Do not give your card details, as they will automatically charge you later.

I bought a course, paying US$27 with a virtual card to which I deposited exactly the dollars for the course. I gave the card details on Hotmart on a Friday. They charged me the amount and offered more courses. Despite closing the tabs and denying everything, a few minutes later another course charge of US$47 appeared. I used a Dollar app card. Since I didn't have a balance in US dollars, they converted a balance I had in Euros. Upon seeing the payment for that course I hadn't requested, I complained to the course company, to Dollar app, and shortly after (about 3 hours) they refunded the US$47. But the next day, early Saturday morning, they charged the US$47 AGAIN. It should be noted that at that time I was sleeping, but the most striking thing is that this charge had no payment code in Hotmart, so I had no way to claim with them. The course provider told me that they had not received this second payment and that they had already refunded the first US$47 payment. After numerous complaints, and after 3 months of insisting by email, WhatsApp, and phone, they refunded the amount. Warning so that you don't use this abusive payment method. Thank you
