House fraud in OLX

I found a house listing on OLX. The person shared room videos and repeatedly insisted that I make a payment for booking. I told him that I would first visit the location and then book if I liked the room, but he refused and said booking must be done first. Due to his pressure, I paid ₹500 via UPI by scanning a QR code yesterday night. After receiving the money, he blocked me on WhatsApp and calls. He also did not share the exact location. This appears to be a fraud. I request strict action and help in recovering my amount.
