just 3 days before i have get this no. i am working on the customer support team and this ni its showing as scam people who are actually fraudulent they are spam us कोस they dnt want to pay kr return the product that's way they spam our no and block our calls

I ordered on 16/7/2026 Rs. 538 from Paytm too, I ordered goods from my sister-in-law's phone and did Paytm from my phone, I got a refund message on my sister-in-law's phone, but my Paytm money was not returned, is there fraud, give my money back.
