  You can’t really know whether he still has the videos unless he tells you or they are found somewhere. Since he has already blackmailed you and repeatedly came back asking for money, please don’t pay him anymore. Keep all screenshots, chats, usernames, phone numbers, payment records, and any threats as evidence. Report the account and make a cybercrime/police complaint. Also secure your Snapchat and other social-media accounts and enable 2FA. Most importantly, don’t blame yourself for what happened—you were taken advantage of, and his blackmailing is not your fault. If he contacts you again or threatens to share anything, don’t negotiate; save the evidence and report it immediately.

  You paid the EXTORTIONISTS, in 2014. Not get confused, extortion and blackmailing are the same. They'll use inappropriate language and refuse to listen enabling crimes on you, and once you paid them, you'll not have any way other than get victimised by them. Whoever the dumb helpers asking you to keep giving them are, they aren't even a single bit as dumb as they making you appear as them.   don't afraid go to crime branch they have official hakkers they will hack his mobile number if he have your video then they will delete from it but you have to saw proof that you chat with him and send video now in this situation without crime branch no one help you. you will get your money also they have separate department for all this type of matters

  First make him track because it comes under cyber crime I think, then when you get the prove whether the person is blackmailing you over the video or he just bluffing then it's up to you whether you want to file a complaint or not
