I don't know is this scam or not

This weekend two girls called me and asked where are you calling from. I asked her the same question but when she said the number you are using now is mine and when I said no I buy this sim from the store she said I can block your sim, I said ok then she hung up and started calling me from another new number.I don't know if this is a scam or not.
