  My mother was scammed online when she attempted to order food online. There is a fake website of PAPAYE RESTAURANT a fast food chain in Ghana. They have all their menus online and a very efficient operator. She placed the order and they sent her a code for her order. After about ten minutes they called her to call the code they sent her. immediately all her money was wiped out of her account. The telecel number they used to call her were blocked but there was zero money in the account. People must be very careful out there. Those scammers are using all manner of tricks to get to unsuspecting people.

  but I think the government has made it possible for anyone scammed through the bank to collect their money. As soon as one realizes the scam they must report to the bank immediately and the account used for the scam will be blocked

  whatever am buying online if it is not payment on delivery forget about it.
