I GOT SCAMED
There is a new scam circulating on Facebook, and “Riya Collection” appears to be one of the frauds. They contacted me on WhatsApp from the number [PHONE], offering a deal of 3 dresses for ₹1000. After placing the order, everything seemed fine initially. However, after 2–3 days, I received another message claiming there was a “billing issue” and that I needed to pay an additional ₹2510 for the order to be delivered by the end of the day. This was completely misleading, as the person clearly stated at the time of ordering that ₹1000 would be the final amount. Now, I neither received the order nor got my money back. I have attached the WhatsApp screenshots for reference. Please be cautious and avoid falling for such scams. It’s safer to buy from trusted local stores rather than risking your hard-earned money on such fraudsters.
