I got scammed

I received a phonecall last week saying that a flood happened in a place claiming to have some thousands of people.It ask me to send him 100$ and then I was like okay it's just a hundred it won't be a problem right?after 10 minutes the call came back again saying can you pls give 300$ for the people with bad conditions.I accepted it and transfer 300$.After another 5minutes it called again saying that pls donate 30000$ to rebuild the buildings.After hearing it,I felt like is this a scam or not cuz it had been asking me to transfer money alot of times ok now the real stuff the up there is for truecaller to think I didn't write anything stupid.so I was playing Roblox rivals I was having the win streak of 27 and some random hacker came and 1v1 me and he keep flying around and sniped me🤬.
