is it a scam if i pay for 15kva but i get 10kva instead? also my review gets hidden from Google maps when i posted review. did i get scammed? yes no false accusations. i opened it, outside it says 15kva but inside its 10kva.

But when you give, he will not give it back anymore.মানি এক্সচেঞ্জ নামে প্রথমে টাকা দিবে সে আগে আপনি ব্যাক দিবেন। আবার দিবে আপনি ব্যাক দিবেন। কিন্তু যখন আপনি দিবেন সে আর ব্যাক দিবে না
