  My best suggestion would be to look for another job. I don't think this person would give you any salary. If has to give, he would give it without you asking repeatedly. So, my dear please do not expect from this person instead look for another job.

  lodge a complaint with Labour court u will not only get ur salary but this will bar him from doing fraud business so others salary wont get stuck with this cheater
