DownloadIdentity Theft/Fake Truecaller Accounts
So my Identity 🆔 was attained by multiple spam scams in 2023. Anyway my son got me Truecaller and it has been wonderful until recently during the last update the same hacking Network created an account with my phone number and the original phone number that they hacked in 2023 and are using the account to represent me currently and I am having trouble reaching support and they are trying to phish and smish my friends in my contacts. anyway I erased the app and reinstalled it and changed my account name. the the hacker has an account using my full name with my with my new phone number new phone number and my old one and it says the number is from Switzerland

Have you tried having everything frozen? I believe there are credit bureau sites that can do that. They can not freeze anything like true caller. You will have to setup the app up to not have access to your data.

whats basically happening is that after you got hacked they took your number used it and then proceed to try to scam your friends so the best course of action is trying to change your phone number and make it so truecaller doesnt have access to your data which will make it so the hackers cant take your new number
