Illegal loan recovery harassment via WhatsApp and Telegram

these peoples are from Bangladesh and Pakistan and started contacting The peoples from India and harassing them to pay the money which I haven taken and they have approved and disperse the amount without my consent and even though I have previously cleared all there remaining loans and these apps are not RBI authorised or regulated under CIBIL guidelines I am also raise the complaint through RBI porter to remove these such apps from the Play Store so that the people's can't get in this kind of trap they don't have any kind of legal authority to process any kind of loans they contact you through telegram WhatsApp message and Truecaller text message.
