INSUFFICIENT FUND CLAIMS BY POS.
I sent certain amount of money from my Access bank account to my Keystone account from my phone around 1am in the morning to make up the money I had in my keystone account, expecting to withdraw the money in my keystone account through POS in the morning after day break but to my surprise when the POS machine declined saying insufficient fund. I tried to reduce the amount I was intending to collect but the same insufficient fund was the reply. Then I had to check my account and discovered that there was nothing at all in the same account I had transferred money into earlier that morning. With the print out from the POS I went to my keystone bank to lodge in my complain at the costumer care desk but to my dismay the attendant refused to give me my account details and but promised me that she will work on it. After two weeks I went back demanding the release of my statement of account because my money was yet unrecovered but she still insisted that I don't need any account details that she is working on it. It's been almost two months now that money has not been recovered and returned to me. What do I do?

You are open for scammers You don't need any reason to ask for your statement of account. it's your account and you have a right to know whenever you wish to. The only time there should be a problem is when you're asking for another person's. That whoever it is you met at the bank convinced you to let the issue rest is highly suspicious. Demand to see the manager if necessary or write a formal complaint to the corporate HR office via email.

ask to see the manager. Send an email and copy Efcc and other relevant organizations. Also tag them on social media with your evidence. Social media isn't for cruise, your money will come out with speed.

i don't understand why Bank can't release your bank statement, does it mean the bank scam you and not the POS. so the best thing is stop using that bank for now.
