  If you did indeed apply for the role mentioned in the message, and it contains your name, then it could be intended for you. But if you did not apply with a CV for the role then the message is one of two things: - an error, in which case ignore it, or - a scam in which case ignore it.

  it is not a scam, unless they sent to the wrong email address...the company is based in Pretoria CBD

  Any true recruiter would always start the email with your name, if they do not it is a generic email. Secondly they will never expect sensitive documents outright, they will interview first. Asking for compensation or have subscription for employment, always a red flag.
