  If you did not initiate the call - it is a SCAM. If a number u dont recognize ( 99% are ) - its a scam. If they hang up before leaving a message - it is a scam. DO NOT answer unfamiliar #'s or fall for the "... if in error call XYZ to be removed from our list ...". You have just validated your a REAL person person. Join your state & federal DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - most scammers don't care but you're trying. The scams are alive & well. Legit callers leave a message if important. LASTLY... use your phone app scam call tool(s) to BLOCK 🚫 THE #, then delete it. My spam calls have DROPPED by probably 99% by taking an ACTIVE ROLE.

  Scam. Block that number in your phone app and TrueCaller.

  Did you tell them they got the wrong number? In *** cases you number got recycled and it was given to you.
