is this a scam

I am a ngo worker . so one day i recieved 58 lakh and that is such a huge amount so I told the manager that someone has donated such a huge amount suddenly I got a call from a unknown number he shared me that he is a old man (but he voice seem young) and he by mistake that he is sending 58 thousand so I took should i transfer the money in the same account but he decided and share me a another account which was from US because I had resently heard about a scam of money transfer so what should I do?
