Is this a scam?

Someone is continuously calling, claiming to be cyber police from Udaipur, Rajasthan and asking about a credit card bill payment details which was done by a third party. Is there any chance the third party did something wrong and now we're getting calls or it's a potential scam? If someone knows please let me know, it's very disturbing and tensed.
