  They are rude, you tell them you are busy, and ask them gently, "please call me later", the lady become aggressive, tell you she's also working, what the h**l, how about they get proper training on how to speak to customer..

  I used to work for them it is all debt from many years back that the companies has written off then they take it from them and collect old debt
