I just spoke to Cash App this morning, speaking to the customer service department. They do not call you directly. You have to call customer service. Cash App, even their standard, programming, and administrative offices, will not contact you. You have to call Cash App if you have any issues with the application or anything with regard to money. There is an auto feature in Cash App that is on and says they cannot send or receive money to anyone unless you approve it via your fingerprint ID or you get your password ID and you confirm that through OTP. There is no other way in which Catchup will contact you, so that email that you sent was clearly a scam.
