is this normal on olx india?

Two different potential scammers approached me today and tried to scam me. Regarding my posted ad of PCM books for sale but just got these scammers in only one day of the post and they were trying to make me scan the qr to RECEIVE my cash

OLX is full of scammers. Don't know why authorities not taking actions against them. Maybe they are also involved indirectly. 🤧

The message comes that money has come on your number but the account does not come anything, do not trust anyone, if someone says that the money has been gone by mistake, then do not return it, check first then do something.

Yesterday I got this message and it shows amount credited to my both number and surprisingly one number have no connection with bank account still amount is credited to that number !?
