Ise Geninely Ek Scam Mana Jaaye ?

I don't know whether this is a scam or not, but what is the point of this fee without any specific reason.Payment handling fee is Rs 12 rupee on my product, which was earlier Rs 4, now it has been increased. Different fees are charged on different products.The packing is also the same , Its same as someone is making it himself a issue and charging Rs 26 to solve the issue. Flipkart genueny bata raha ho apne large marketshare hone kaa faida uthaa raha hai . aur Mere hisab se sayed yah sahi nahi hai . baqi apka kiya sochna mein sunna cahta ho genuinely . genuinely comment kariye .
