I was scammed on TikTok

I was scammed by fraudsters on TikTok who told me that they were a minister helping me start a business by giving me 700,000 FCFA as financial aid. At first, I couldn't trust her, but after she gave me the phone number of her bank's Director General, I started to believe what she was saying was true. However, right after that, I contacted the service on WhatsApp and they told me to send the disbursement money. When I asked about the amount, they told me to pay. I also asked them to deduct the disbursement money from the 700,000 FCFA, but they said it couldn't be done. Since that day, I blocked them everywhere. Fortunately, I didn't send any money.
