I opened an online account myself in Jio Payment Bank. When I was opening the account, it was written that there are no charges, it was a zero balance account 😔 but now, without my consent, SMS charges, GST, and many other charges are being deducted. I am unable to talk to customer care 😎 I sent an email but received no response. What should I do? I don't understand anything. Should I close the account? Please all of you give your opinion 🙏🙏मै jio payment बैंक me ऑनलाइन account खोला हु खुद से जब अकाउंट ओपन कर रहा था तो उसमें लिखा था कोई चार्ज नहीं जीरो बैलेंस अकाउंट था 😔 लेकिन अब अपने मन से sms चार्ज GST और भी बहुत कुछ चार्ज कट रहा है कस्टमर केयर से बात नहीं हो रहा है 😎 मेल किया तो कोई जवाब नहीं आया है किया करू कुछ भी समझ नहीं आ रहा है अकाउंट बंद कर लूं आप सभी अपनी राय जरूर दे 🙏🙏
