The jobs people get from apna that's all fake . I mean yeah those companies offer job they hire you train you as per their requirement. create work culture but still suddenly when your one month completed and you ask for money . they refuse like you come late, you haven't completed your target. it happens with me twice once I joined in shubharambh reality as a back office operator in August 2025. i literally worked for more than a month, and they paid me 3000 rupees instead of 15000 a full salary, saying you come late , we don't like your work this and that. and secondly when I joined as a sales executive in Buzz entertainment a digital marketing firm , that was a target based job by the way. i didn't met with targets because a sales cycle is about 30-90 days if you know. and if client's refuses to pay such companies because they are new , and they haven't created any Goodwill yet then that's not my fault. and if converted clients paid them but they haven't told me than that's their illegal practices right. so they just paid me 1000 rs . and condition was that if i met my target 18k if not 8k. but they refused to pay that also. so yeh guys don't trust apna app. and these companies they won't help you out . they just want free labour from you without any certification, experience and salary. story of bhopal youth's.
