I invested in land with a real estate vendor namely KPGP karnataka Pradesh Griha Pravesh Housing society, initially they told they are providing lands at a subsidy for poor families residing in Karnataka and they are developing the lands in malur and teykal. But when we enquired with local people in malur and teykal they said there is no such real estate developer whom they knew in that area and it's a clear fraud and they are cheating. When we realised that after a year and requested for refund if money deposited with them they have not provided any acknowledgement and not showing proper company documents except some piece of paper. Kindly let us know if anyone also involved in land purchase with this company. Thank you.

They have even changed the office URL and keep changing the company logo and contact numbers when we tried to connect they are switched off and not reachable. Even the visiting card, company seal, allotment order is unofficial a

There is no proper letterhead of the company they are providing when requested for allotment cancellation to claim the refund. Also, when asked for acknowledgment they clearly rejecting the request claiming they don't provide acknowledgement to any amount to be refunded to customers.

dont pick random source to earn money if possible first visit personally check details about genuine business then invest else its clear its a scam. punch word lots of scammers ready to suck ur hard earned dont make it easy foe such blood suckers
