KPGP Housing Fraud

I recently was shocked after a background check of Karnataka Pradesh Griha Pravesh Housing (KPGP Housing) documents which is a mere fraud and sham when i observed there is no legal binding of their documents to file a fraud or cheating case on them like owner name not seen anywhere in visiting card, Company seal not proper, allotment cancellation document is not in the comapny letterhead, company website (URL), Logo of the company etc., which they keep changing every year and there is no proper authorisation for the payments except some admin ladies keep signing on the documents without any owner or company details.
