kreditbee scam

I have took loan from kreditbee then because of jobloss was not able to pay EMI so officially inform by emi. now getting constant calls to my wife and neighbours and talking rude with them and telling them to tell me to clear loan. I was shocked how they got neighbours contact number one neighbour was shifted earlier. this proves high level data breach. when talk to kreditbee executive he said your call tranfer to third party collection and we are not responsible what they are doing well want our loan/ emi clear. my purpose to aware you all this things are worst and clear violations of rbi rules so if anybody face same togather we can take legal action against them.
