cell phone thief and attempted scam [PHONE]

BE VERY CAREFUL!! The number [PHONE] offers products for sale and before the delivery moment, demands a transfer before handing over the order. After transferring and sending the receipt, they turn off the phone or block you without delivering the product. - The next day, they call me again making up an excuse for turning off the phone and not delivering the product, asking to meet but bringing the phone in hand and sharing real-time location (obviously to steal the phone). When I refuse, they start inventing that they want to transfer and refund the money, but when I send my RUT, they say it’s not useful for transfer and insist on sending a photo of the physical card (showing the codes) to add me to Banco Estado Empresas and transfer more easily. (Obviously trying to steal my bank account). When I don’t provide the information, they block me again and never made the refund nor delivered the order.
