Lady threatening for loan recovery

  A genuine bank or nbfc will never call reference for repayment. She is most probably from a fake online loan app recovery. Ask her and apps name and report her to cyber police. Also, threaten to lodge a FIR against her if she ever calls back and block her calls, messages and WhatsApp.

  These are all false threats trying to intimidate and get money from you. No bank or nbfc or app can take any type legal action on any reference. Just ensure you block them and never share any details and photos with them. neither click on any link sent by them. complain to local police and cyber cell
