someone customer made payment on qr code scanner of my current account Next day police made a lien on that amount. I presented invoice and all supportive things to Cyber team but they ask for CCTV footage which i haven't and aadhar copy of customer which we don't take. what should i do to remove this lein?.

there was call telling there is flower delivery and then they said the sended forgot to pay the delivery fees and told me to send 30 rs as delivery fees, which i did thinking who sent it and on the end there was no flower delivered
