Call claiming to be from the bank

The gentlemen called me saying they were from the bank and asked for my card numbers. When I told them I was not interested, I hung up. That same afternoon, they called me saying I had a charge of 1500 for accepting an international travel package, even though my card was new and I had not made any purchases. Friends, don't believe or accept these kinds of calls.
