They call and pretend to be Más Móvil and know all your data

They called me, told me my name and number, and said they were going to disconnect my service and that I should follow instructions. They never asked for money, but they hacked my WhatsApp and asked my contacts, and 3 of them fell for it.

As a recommendation, enable two-factor authentication for everything: emails, WhatsApp, Instagram... everything. That way, if someone manages to hack your password and tries to take over your account, you receive the attempt notification and can block it. I've also been called with complete information... My luck is that I haven't had a mobile phone for years and I knew it was a lie.
