loan apps what the money they send that amount freeze by bank they said that is fraud amount

I was applied loan in credite nidhi and they distribute money of 16753 and they want to repayment of 21000 but after one week of money distribute my bank freeze my bank account bankers said that amount if fraud .we can't release ,same thing I was said to credit nidhi they said we don't know anything we want repayment other wise they will visit my home and office . totally fraud why India govt give permission for this type of apps.
