I have taken loan from Fibe. I have faced financial issue right that's why it got delayed 10 days. now they are calling me atleast 15 times in a day. i already mailed the support and care team regarding my situation..but they send me this message. is this genuine?

They ask for upfront payment and don't register ID without payment that can be high as 6000rs No website access nothing. this is the phone number [PHONE]
this guy asked to open a file if yiu download that then he will get access to your cell phone
