  They wont get access to your phone unless you install their app. And unless you give them your details, they wont be able to put money in your account. So, first accept your mistake you made by sharing details yourself. Second, go and ask your bank to reverse the fund to the remitter account along with proper documents and records. These records will be useful in the near future. Third, lodge a FIR describing all the issue against that chinese app. Keep in mind to mention that, you have asked the bank to reverse the funds. Ifvthe reversal will take time, then take an acknowledgement from the bank against your requestbfor reversal and mention all details in the request. The fourth step is emailing RBI about the whole issue alond with the acknowledgement of the bank and the FIR copy of the station. With all these stepsayou will be free from any obligation and will have free hand to initiate legal action against the app. Dont even use a single penny from the funds younhave received fron the chinese app. If you have received 41K, then your balamce should never fall below 41K untill the funds are reversed by the bank. Keep copy of all records with you, even the details provided bybthe chinese app like account number,rreference number of transaction. Keep application screnshots.

  they will try to scared you by photo editing and send to you contact but don't worry just put whatapp status and don't pay single rupee of your payment amount they try to harrasment you for more money
