  listen to me carefully they have no teeth against you if they are claiming to have been acting as per the order of the nbfc ask them to show their Recovery licence and I am fully sure they won't be having it also it's a pvt ltd company check it's memorandum of associations object clause and check whether or not they can perform recovery activities or not it it nowhere states that they can perform such services you could take help of consumer courts against them and win a big chunk of money against them these idiots operate in a belief that the borrower is always unaware of his rights and if possible settle the amount and get free permenently. But due to financial hardships if it's not possible take help of consumer courts believe me it scares the hell out of them

  Bro first of all don't get scared by them... they cannot do shit your fear is there fuel.... if you get scared they will scare you more and more..... go to ChatGPT type email format for Complaint against Who ever is the loan app or the NBFC ( Compensation for Mental Harrassment and Defamation) edit required information and ask for 5 Lakh as compensation and send it to the NBFC Grievance team and copy RBI ombudsman you will find the email for RBI ombudsman on Google or from ChatGPT as well and trust they will stop calling and bothering you

  It isn't their fault they are just a loan firm and the only reason they are harrassing you is because you have taken loan from them and haven't repaid and basically stole it. legal action will be taken against you if you don't give them their money back legal action will be taken, thats what a loan is it isn't just taking money and running

  pocktely is a worst loan app. even i also took loan and unable to pay the loan amount on time. don't ***'t response to the calls. block all the numbers.
