In my case, as usual, we ordered CCTV cameras from Amazon, a batch of 4 with payment. 5k was prepaid, and the parcel was delivered within 7 working days. As always, I took the delivery and gave the OTP to the delivery boy. I did not check the contents of the parcel because I was going out of town for a week. Upon my return, when I opened the box, I found stones and other debris neatly packed inside a glass fuse bulb. When I contacted Amazon and their customer service, they refused to accept our complaint, saying it was about a week after delivery, so the case was closed. I advise people to check the contents in front of the delivery person or make payment upon delivery. Sometimes the delivery person will not allow you to open the packet and will say that once opened, they will not accept the packet back. Therefore, do not trust Amazon or any online company and stop buying from them. It is always advised to go to a branded store and pay a little more to buy things.
