Where is my nine mile from?

I got a call from this number today, asking if I should use Jio's number or not, then the call was disconnected. Then after 1 hour a call came from my second Vodafone pay again from this number, I was saying that I was saying that I will cut the call again by taking my name. I don't know how they know my two numbers. When I called on WhatsApp, they blocked it. ।। Why is this not showing spam here?
