mobile switch off and full access in hacker hand

On May 7, 2026, at 11:45 am, I saw my mobile, it was shutdown and when I tried to turn on, the update of version 15 started running on the screen and after completion, the mobile was hard reset, when I checked the bank, the money went to someone else's account from Google Pay and I purchased the code of PUBG on Amazon from my credit card without 82500/-. The bank people are not agreeing to the OTP, if it happened to anyone else, then please help me to tell the bank.

This is clearly a case of a cyberattack (device hijacking) in which the hacker gained full access to your device. Since the phone was not under your control, the question of receiving an OTP or sharing it with anyone does not arise. The hacker directly intercepted (stole) your messages and OTPs using malware or remote access.

Immediately visit *** or call the helpline number 1930 to register a complaint. Banks often request a copy of the FIR or complaint filed with the cyber cell.
