is it possible without money received shown green of successful payment. I never faced and need to find that guy any possibility for finding the mobile number

so the person calls me and says "hello sir me rahul gandhi bol raha hu " as soon as I heard that I hang up the call I knew it was a scam the person name would be identified as "abhi call" so be alert guys
